Management

The Village Hall is a registered charity (No. 521398), which is managed by a Committee of 10 Trustees, either elected annually, or who are representatives of the Hall’s regular User Groups. It operates under Charity Commission rules, and by a written Constitution, approved by the Charity Commission. The Committee meet regularly to discuss all matters affecting the operation of the Hall. The Annual General Meeting is usually held in May each year, and is open to the public
